Good Morning and wish you all a happy Season of Holy days, annual year ending time of New year preparations, with TIME coming to a meaningful, eventful, spectacular arrival.
Such a day was yesterday, in Malayalam calendar Vrichikum Month's 1 St day, in this year 1193, considered very auspicious, in many ways.
The famous
Sabarimala Temple opens for its annual Pooja on this day and millions and millions of devotees flock, trek, walk, take vows and travel thousands and millions of miles to get a darshan at the Holy of Holies up in the hills by the river Pamba. The trek happens at night and day, the mood or ambiance being sacred in nature that is beyond words.
On such a day, after almost a decade of much inactivity this Facebook page came alive.... suddenly, surprisingly with a clear purpose and precision as by destiny.
In the US the great Thanksgiving weekend is almost here, and it is the most appropriate and meaningful a festival, if I may call it that America has created, produced or set as its primary event on the year end calendar. That Thursday in November is 2 weeks away... yet for me Thanksgiving happened early here, with Facebook page coming alive with this KSFE-CN ... a forum for customer or Chittalan's of that said organization being official born on Facebook. So happy Birthday and day 2 is here.
KSFE-CN was born really 4 years ago in 2013... yet it has been hibernating with the gestation period being a prolonged one, before it has taken a digital birth as celebrating transparency, level playing field, communication revolution and media of the new kind... mass media of another kind, making information revolution a reality.
In one sense this is a
#MEDIA page.. a social media vehicle for clarity, justice, fairness and accountablity from a Kerala State owned Public Sector Company, that unfortunately has like Nirmal and Sharadha Chit companies taken people for a ride... me being the victim, fighting for justice over the last 1,250 days and more, having surmounted obstacles and attrocities of an unimaginable kind. YES. No kidding here. Only facts and truth.
If this has happened to an educated, well informed, well healed and much traveled person such as me... and if getting justice or even a meeting with KSFE MD is such a challenge for a voracious outspoken person such as me.. we can only imagine... or really we cannot imagine how hard it must be for those poor less educated poorer simpler folks to get heard or justice. HENCE I have come out in the open and do so, others may NOT be victims like me.
The are a dozen things that are central to this saga and hence let me list them one by one, so these pages will have better value, relevance, merit, utility, as well as purpose driven fuctions in future.
1. These set of events happened 2011 - 2013 - 2016 primarily when circumstances occured almost simultaneously as the SOLAR SCAM events reported in SOLAR COMMISSION Report primarily under the UDF government in Kerala, under Mr Oommen Chandy, now terribly and horribly disgraced beyond repair.
2. Ms
#Saritha , in my opinion is a victim, irrespective of what else may have happened from her negligence or oversight or mistakes. An entrepreneur in Kerala... that is how the Commission described her.. and that she is and this is what doing Business in Kerala is like... If anything a Saritha fans club ought to come out of this, as you hear and see and know... how I was also raped.. Yes, financially and emotionally by the same Govt and its officers and elected ones.... Like in America after the recent Hollywood exposure of The Moghul Producer and George Bush groping s... ME TOO have come out testifying... I am here to state the facts.... so folks speak up, if you have been victims too.
3. The dozens of letters and official correspondence and communications over the last 4 years, I am posting, so you may go see the records and verify the facts and question the improprieties... be it my own situation of of yours, if you unfortunately are a victim.
4. When the Chit business in India is regulated by Indian Chit act... it is being violated by many and KSFE is in violation as evidenced by the case filed in Kerala High Court in 2013 by the Ernakulam chit operators against KSFE - which is posted in part in the documents herein.
5. Based on Indian Chit Act, I complained against fraud at KSFE to Chitty Arbitator under Inspector General Of Registration IGR.. 3 months and NO action. Came to know there was no such offical posted in Kerala...
6. Went to Kerala Human Rights Commission and filed a petition, which resulted in Kerala Govt being forced to appoint an arbitator - to whom anyone with a Chitty related complaint could go... Mine was case number 1...
7. The said arbitrator took 2 years almost to conclude my case and came out with a verdict in my favor and against KSFE asking them to pay me my Rs 7 , 15, 000 with 12 % interest from January 14, 2013, when I had bid and won the said chitty for the Rs 10 lak sala... till now I have not been paid that money..
8. How Minister K M Mani then as Finance Minister resigned... not for the chitty related crimes... rather for Bar Kozha... even as he headed the legal ministry, finance under which KSFE operated... I had met him 4 times regarding this matter... and his folks Kerala Congress (M) who were loaded on the KSFE Board
including Chairman and Vice Chairman... di make matters worse, than solve it...
9. As a whistle blower I was targeted and many crimes of an unspeakable nature were committed against me... which I will reveal in due course... and I have lived in abject poverty even though my properties worth Rs 7 Cr or more were given as collateral to KSFE which they were colluding with blade mafia and nefarious elements to gobble up... making me a defaulter by NOT paing me my money... The SCAM stinks..
10. The left office UDF that is and LDF has come to power. I met Mr Thomas Issacc, the finance Minister, who asked me to meet the NEW Chairman.. and the letter written in January 2017 is posted already... Still waiting for money.
11. The NRI chitty is going to be a big problem, with inefficient organization and facilities and political influence peddling... building 4,000 CR worth of roads by
Kerala Govt using KSFE Chittalans Money.. I dont get it ? Dont we chittalans have a say ?
12. We MUST BE given 2 seat on the KSFE Board...Customers / Chittalans are the ones who are the subscribers of the chit and we have a RIGHT to be on the Board of Directors... NOT JUST POLITICIANS...
So my friends... anyone joining KSFE BEWARE... watch out.
